TOMMY

This resto-café in Old Montréal has lines for a reason. Aside from its fauna-chic decor, the menu is interesting, and the food is fresh and fabulous. If you can, score a table by the window and watch locals and visitors mingle on the city's European-style streets.

Darling

Darling really is darling. Café by day and bar by night, this Instagram-worthy spot on St Laurent Boulevard is worth a visit while you're in Montréal. While the space is large, that doesn't always mean it's easy to find a seat. If you're lucky enough to grab one, bring a book (or just people watch) and stay for a while...

MONTRÉAL MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS

A combination of old-world and modern, the Montréal Museum of Fine Arts offers something for everyone. Located on the city's bustling Sherbrooke Street, the museum is close to the downtown action, which means you can take some time out from the nearby shopping district to take in some of the arts and culture that Montréal is famous for.

MAISON PEPIN

Maison ("House", in English) Pepin, in the heart of Old Montréal, is your go-to for gorgeous home furnishings and accessories. And, while the inventory itself is a gorgeous sight, the store's interior is equally striking. If you're not in the market for home-related buys, don't fret! Maison Pepin also sells a selection of clothing, accessories and apothecary products.
